Vegas Stories TV works with approved creators producing films, episodic series, documentaries, comedy content, and select music-based programming.

To maintain platform quality and ensure smooth onboarding, creators should prepare the following materials before requesting submission access.

Before Submitting Content

1) Poster Artwork

Prepare promotional artwork for your title.

Recommended:

  • Poster: 1000 × 1500 px (vertical)

  • JPG / PNG

  • clean title treatment

  • high-resolution image

  • no blurry screenshots

  • no watermarks

Used for:

  • title page

  • featured sections

  • mobile display

  • Android TV app display

2) Backdrop / Banner Image

Recommended:

  • 1920 × 1080

  • cinematic still / designed banner

  • clear title branding

Used for:

  • featured carousel

  • title headers

  • promotional placement

3) Title Information

Provide:

  • official title

  • release year

  • runtime

  • genre

  • short synopsis

  • long description

  • cast list

  • director

  • producer

  • rating (if applicable)

4) Captions / Subtitles

Required for accessibility.

Accepted:

  • SRT

  • VTT

Should include:

  • dialogue

  • speaker identification where needed

  • music notes if important to scene

5) Music Information / Cue Sheets

If your content contains music:

Prepare:

  • song title

  • writer/composer

  • publisher

  • PRO affiliation (ASCAP / BMI / SESAC if applicable)

  • duration used

  • placement in film

This helps with rights management and royalty reporting.

6) Ownership Verification

Creators must confirm they control distribution rights.

You should have:
✔ ownership rights
OR
✔ written distribution authorization

No unauthorized uploads.

Review Process

Step 1 — Creator Request

Request consideration for platform access.

  • audience fit

  • rights clearance

Approved creators receive onboarding instructions.

Upload materials and media.

Content is scheduled and released on platform

Platform Standards

Vegas Stories TV is a curated platform. Submission access is granted to creators producing serious, professionally presented work.

Prohibited:

  • copyrighted uploads without rights

  • fake views

  • click manipulation

  • bot traffic

  • misleading metadata

  • harmful or illegal content
